    Received incorrect item; The larger version of a mobile phone battery fast charger. I originally requested the small slimline version but received much larger version. On contacting the seller, he only agreed to a £4 discount if I kept the larger product. (The smaller versions are more expensive). He then agreed to £5 or I would have had to send it back and I knew that there wasn't a guarantee that I would get full refund and/or any postage refunded, so I kept larger as less hassle!

    FALSE ADVERTISING! wrong power bank being sent. suppose to have an attachment on the top side for the usb c cable but it's the standard power bank I received. communicated this to seller but no response. I would double check with the seller before purchasing if they bother to respond
