  Unfortunately the item was slightly water damaged alongside another electrical item due to a dripping roof in storage. Roof fixed but better not to let the item go as it may have caused an issue for the buyer. Thank you for being understanding and a great customer - hope we can do business again in the future.

  Apologies about this - Wouldn't happen again. I demoted the elf who picked and packed the wrong printer in the wrong box. They now work front of house. Much better charisma than parcel tape skills.
