I don't understand why it takes 3 weeks for dispatch, BUT I also don't understand why people leave negative or neutral feedback for that reason, when it clearly states the estimated arrival on the listing. I can recommend the seller, unless you need something urgently. If you're willing to wait, the price is definitely right. Dispatched yesterday and received today.
