Excellent Item
3 of 3 found this helpful I waited a few weeks before writing this review to be sure I was describing my product experience accurately. Having never used a NEO2, the user guide was enough for me to quickly figure out how to use the basic features of the NEO2 processor. It's compact enough to take almost anywhere; this was the reason for my purchase. It's lightweight and unlike a laptop, I don't have to wait for it to boot up before I can begin working. I've only charged it once when I first got it and the battery is still full after approximately 40 hours of use. I was able to go online to easily find instructions on how to use the text to voice unit and the receiver. After sending an email to Renaissance, they replied promptly with a link to an updated download file for the NEO Manager so I utilize the rest of the features with my desktop computer. I've used it everyday since receiving it, and couldn't be more pleased with my NEO2.
