I asked by the seller if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. to which I replied that I would prefer to cancel the order and have a refund.     Advertises items with a 2 - 3 day delivery time except doesn't have the advertised item in stock and cannot give a delivery time. Is quick to correspond when they think they can still sell you something but as I found the item I wanted elsewhere - total silence. Could've all been sorted instantly but refused to respond to the cancellation request so no choice but having to engage in the drawn out refund process. Just hung onto my money for as long as possible. The worst customer service ever.
