Iodine is a very good and necessary addition to our medicine cabinet. It strengthens the immune system and keeps you well. It can keep a cold away if you gargle with just three drops at the first signs of a sore throat. It kills viruses and bacteria within 15 seconds. I recommend anyone to read Lynn Farrow's book "the iodine crisis" and you will find out just what iodine will do for you.
