Excellent unit for a small workshop.
I received this unit via FedEx last Saturday afternoon and I had it installed, wired, and running by Saturday evening. For wiring I used 10/2 + grnd. and 30A circuit. The unit seems to be very solidly build and it was easy to hang without any assistance. I have seen some reviews that stated the fan is noisy but in my opinion it is not objectionable. My workshop is long and narrow and this unit throws air adequately the length of the shop. I have approx. 600 sq ft well-insulated workshop. The first cold snap of the year is coming this week, I think my timing was perfect!
My only criticism of the unit is in regards to the electrical connections. The unit only has a 1/2" knockout which I had to enlarge to accommodate my 3/4" connector. Also, the electrical connector block is located near a corner and didn't give much room for connecting heavy wire. The connection block could have easily been located away from the corner giving adequate working space.
All-in-all this seems like a solid, well build unit. My only quibbles are in regards to the convenience of electrical connectivity, thus my reduction of one star from my review.

Does its job but clumsy to use.
I have been using the HomeWorx HW-150PVR for a few weeks now. I purchased this to use in my workshop. I have an older 32" HDTV that does not have ATSC tuner (many of the early models came with NTSC tuner). I was looking for something inexpensive that would allow me watch over-the-air HDTV. This satisfies my requirements but it has many drawbacks. Following is my review:
-- Connectivity: 5* - This connects to the antenna and has a variety of output options. HDMI, Component video, Coax Digital Audio, Composite video, RF Out, Stereo audio. It also has a front-side USB port for external hard drive.
-- Set Up: 5* - It was easy to connect and set up. I turned it on and started using it within moments.
-- Performance: 5* - The ATSC tuner receives all of the local channels without issues - even the furthest away with the weakest signals. The audio/video quality for all channels is very good.
-- Ease of Use: 1* - This is where it falls flat. The channel guide is clumsy and non-intuitive. The PVR feature is equally as clumsy as the guide. The users manual is poorly written by someone who uses English as a 3rd language.
-- Remote Control: 3* - The remote works well and can control a large variety of TVs but its range is very short - you must be within 10ft or so for it it work.
-- Value: 4* - The price-to-features comparison to other over-the-air PVRs is very good. If the usability and remote were better I would definitely give it more stars.
-- Overall: 3* - It does its job but is clumsy to use.

Easy setup, works great, and excellent price.
This is a bargain compared to dealership price. I followed the instructions I found online and setup was a breeze. The quality is equal to the original fob and now I have a spare at 1/4 the price I was quoted.
