Seller did nothing to help and ruined my disabled little girl's birthday. I had to open an ebay dispute case to resolve the problem. I definitely would never buy anything from this seller.     This person has lied on almost every part of this feedback. They tried to take advantage of an error on an listing and repeatedly abused and insisted on me selling to them at a 75% discount off all p&p costs. They then told me that their friend had been hurt in the Liverpool car incident and they were having a hard time so refund them. They also said their daughter was 12. It is impossible for a letter posted 500 miles away 2nd class to be delivered under12 hours later. I have reported to eBay
