    The seller shipped the item out very quickly which I appreciated! The shipping partner seem to take a long time for the item to arrive but not the seller's fault. There was a manufacturing defect on the Brynn doll which was also not the sellers fault necessarily but they did give me a partial refund. All things considered, I rate this transaction a 10. Would love to do business again!
