Looks the part but doesn't do the job as it should
5 of 7 found this helpful This really does look the business, however when you read the enclosed booklet that comes with the wok, it advises the handle may get hot!! How on earth are you supposed to pick it up then?
When using the wok to simmer food even on a low heat, there is no where for the steam to escape.
No vent in the lid which also gets very hot even the handle.
I certainly would not recommend this product due to the above issues which seem very poor design faults.
Fit the wok with a handle you can use, put a small hole in the lid to allow steam to escape and fit a suitable lid handle that does not get hot.
