Not the best..
It's ok for smaller lighter lenses but if you're into anything above 400mm then this will struggle. Quality is what it is for the price. If you're serious about long lens photography and you have the cash, dont spend less than £150 on a Gimbal.

Expensive, but still one of the best
If you’re new to photography stay away as it can be overkill. If you want to save a few bob get the mark 2nit offers the same quality. If you’re competent and like the faster focusing then get the mark 3 it’s a fantastic camera, but it won’t help you take better pictures unless you’re experienced. Buy the mark 2 and a good lens if on a budget.

In my view they out perform the manufacturers batteries as they are of a higher rating. Charge quicker too. Highly recommended at half the price of one Canon battery...no brainer.
