Has limitations
Good: it fits each roof rail securely, and for the bikes it fits, it does that well enough.
Not so good: very tedious to attach and remove, mainly because the U-shaped fixing bolts are rather long, so there is a lot of time with the spanner. One faces down, so needs a conventional spanner (unless you have a hole in the car roof in the right place), very slow. The other two face upward, but are too long for a socket or nut-driver/spinner to spin the nuts all the way down.
The options for the length of the wheel channel and the spacing between roof rails are a bit limiting, too. My car roof bars were not adjustable for spacing, and slightly less than the specified 800 mm; it took ages to work out which combination of fixing and adjusting holes to line up.
Not all bikes will fit: in particular, aluminium and carbon-fibre frames may have a down tube too fat for the fixing clamp on this rack.
If I were buying again, I would look for a different model. As it is, this one is just about good enough.

Good batteries in a compact box
GP Ultra batteries have proved reliable and reasonably long-lasting. I've finished off one of these neat packs of 4 over a year or so, all into different devices (multimeter, smoke detector, etc). Haven't run any of them down yet.

Good light-weight bag limited by short zip
The bag is good for its low price, the fabric and zip tough enough.
The zip is noticeably shorter than the bag, so getting a bulky car jack (which fits neatly once in the bag) in and out is a struggle. The handles are thin but seem plenty strong enough for the sort of use this un-stiffened type of bag is suitable for.
