Courier service, however, was dreadful, with 2 'sorry we missed you' comments received from them 2 days running, despite me watching the delivery driver's progress on the supplied tracking map - he/she/them didn't even come near me once! Seller intervened and all sorted for the following day. All items were in the box, but nothing much was actually left of the box by the time they got it to me. Seller 10/10, courier 2/10.

Some hassle with the ‘new’ Yodel courier who said I was out when I was in and just took a pic of my door and took the parcel away. It was taken to a locker! 3 days later where it was safely retrieved. The pre take over Yodel was great but my jury is out with the new bunch.
