Walk away the pounds DVD workout.
This is the best workout tape from Leslie Sansone. I had a lot of injuries that didn't permit me to work out. Once healed I was always able to ease in with this kind of low impact workout. You walk in place, side to side, forwards and backwards. Unlike other workout tapes this is truly for beginners, or someone who wants to get moving again. The DVD came fast, and works fantastic. I also love the fact you get two workouts on one disc.

Priorin is wonderful. If you want to stop hair loss. Do to menopause I lost quite a bit of hair. I am taking Priorin since 6 month. I don't lose my hair anymore. I only take 2 pills a day with breakfast. In two weeks I will take a pill brake which you are suppost to do, and then go from there.

Walk Away the POUNDS is a wonderful workout . In this workout you walk the miles . Which means you keep walking in place, left to right, forward and backwards. You can use weights while you work out ,or simply not. This workout is simple. Also if you can not walk the miles in place . You can stop at any point and work your way up. It is a great cardio workout with very low impact. I am using this workout tape since over ten years , and when I saw the DVD I bought it. If three miles is to hard just start off with the one mile, then two and eventually you can make it to three. Or if one is enough for you that is also great. The DVD came faster than expected and works like a charm.
