IDE 44 Pin Male to CF Compact Flash Male Adapter Connector BT

IDE laptop with Antix on Compact Flash succesfull.

With Kingston 32 GB Compact Flash boots fast on my Compaq HP nc6220. Installed Antix Linux and updated kernel to 4.19.13 686 smp pae. Continues to work very well. Comes with jumper 1-2 set. With jumper on 2-3 bios hangs. With jumper removed bios starts slow and then compact flash not detected. Debian Buster and Antix 19 will continue to support 32 bit very well including Spectre and Meltdown fixes for 32 bit. Pros: Works very good. Cons: Bios would have liked Cable Select setting, not Master setting, so POST duration is longer with quite a few more seconds than on IDE harddisk. Cable Select can't be set.

This one has all checks ok, very good.

I wanted to use high capacity SDXC cards of 64 GB and 128 GB for my music players and this is the best SDXC adapter: will not harm the SDXC cards, no delays, will keep connected for days or more over USB. Other adapters on Ebay did not have all this checks ok. This one has all checks ok, very good.
