GOT 8 glitchy encoding
2 of 2 found this helpful Watched the series on HBO, and got seasons 1-7 as a box set. Had to buy 8 as it's own set. Great show; engaging characters; so many entertaining plot twists. But this DVD set has glitches, depending on what player you have. On my player, it works fine. At my sister's, it froze a lot during a crucial fight scene, and then wouldn't play the final episode at all. Bought her a brand new player, thinking her old one was the problem, but still had to reload the disc and even restart the player a few times to watch that episode. Cross your fingers that all goes well for you...
