Expand your musical horizons. Pick up this disc then see him live.
Sing captures much of the same energy that Jim uses in his live performances. This disc is fun to listen to and I play it a lot while I'm driving. "I have a thing for you" Has the heat, and "Pain killer" takes me back to a former greater time.

Nice for the collector,not nessessary most listeners.
3 of 16 found this helpful I would have liked to have had, Yellow sub, Let It Be and Abby Road in this collection. I am not sure why exactly they could not have been included but it is still a very nice collection to have. For the savy collector, if you do not need to have the box, one would be just as well to collect the single discs and be just as satisfied. For the money and effort the small book that comes with you could live with out and find the info and pictures else where.

Magnificent Moodies, The Moody Blues
A hidden moment of this band's history prior to their iconic sound. This disc showcases the, of it's time, blues sound that many of the bands of that day had crafted. It was the sound that the band's name reflected more of before the more folky sound that Hayward brought when he joined a bit later. "Go Now" is for me, a classic which gets left out so often on account of their drastic change in character, sound and style but one I still feel is uniquely theirs and worthy of the recognition.
