9 Day Clean Chocolate Detox Plan - Kick Start HEALTHY Living - Forever Free P&P

The best cleanse out there.

I have done 2 Forever Living cleanses in the past, with good results but I wanted to try something different. I was dubious with Smug at first because its 60% cheaper than Forever Living but thought I would give it a go. I have just finished my 9 days, I followed the programme exactly and I found it much easier than Forever Living. Obviously willpower is required but I didn't struggle at all. Never felt like I was missing out, never had cravings. The chocolate shake is really tasty and I think the supplements help with hunger, or no hunger! I couldn't weigh myself as we are in lockdown so day one I took measurements from my bust, waist and hips. Day nine I have lost 4 inches in total but that was just an added bonus for me as I feel fantastic and have rebooted myself and fell back in love with a healthy diet and daily exercise. I can highly recommend this cleanse either for weight loss or just simply to get back on track.

REC: Dont bother

If you like suspense and horror movies do not buy or watch this film. Its filmed like a documentary and its rubbish. The whole film has about 2 seconds of new or good material, apart from that its utter rubbish. I knew nothing about it before I watched it which is normally good as I havent formed any ideas and just took it as it was. If you enjoyed Blair Witch (I thought was boring) and you also liked Paranormal Activity (yawn) then you may enjoy this. If you like real suspense and horror and gore then I can recommend The Third Kind (suspense) and Drag Me to Hell (fun and gore). Happy watching!
