Item arrived with a crack which was not advertised or shown in the pictures. Upon arrival of item contacted the seller regarding this. Have not heard anything back, and that was around 2 weeks ago so I did give the seller a chance to rectify the issue. No communication whatsoever during the whole process, no updates on delivery time or tracking number, item was also poorly packaged. Truly disappointed.
