genuine item ,as listing states.would have liked item in a box not jiffy bag for protection.i have not fitted yet and am a bit wary fitting as it was so cheap and could blow my engine,but others have fitted it and been ok ,so should be ok to fit.other than that happy.just noticed belt was made in 2006,so now not happy
