Dependable
Received a Key Code card - I did not have any trouble installing this on my Windows 10 laptop - Just followed the instructions after logging into my Norton account (I've been a user of Symantec products for years). If you don't have an account it's easy to create one. I've since installed it on Windows Vista & XP computers, 2 iphones and an Android tablet with no problems - just forward an email and install (or log in). After checking description of mobile app - I thought it might be intrusive - but operates in the background and haven't seen it after setup, except when I want to. I haven't installed Norton Utilities or used "computer tuneup" yet so can't report on those - but would expect them to operate trouble free as past versions I've used.
