A real Fish Tale, The Meg
1 of 1 found this helpful I actually see it as a comedy in a number
of ways. But, and this is the important
thing, it was fun to watch despite the
fact that the screenwriters obviously
took themselves far more seriously than
even the most credulous viewer ever
could. Suspending disbelief? Not a
chance. Jaws, with far less technical
advancement, blows this fish out of
the water on that score. Still, if ones
main desire is to be entertained, this
will work.........to a degree.

In a "League" of its own
A classic movie. Nice to have the
extra material about how it was made.
The only problem is that every time
I see it I end up speaking like
James Mason. Fortunately, I don't
end up singing like Kirk Douglas.

This is a great movie from a great book
and a necessary followup from 2001.
