  Very good communication & pencils arrived in perfect condition & appearance as they’d been packed in 4 packs of 20 pencils each sealed in grey plastic bags & then packaged in a really good rigid box. Very good value for money & top quality pencils & will definitely use this seller again as first time I’ve used them. I recommend this seller as delivery was quite fast & definitely a 5 star seller in my opinion.

  As described, many thanks. Unfortunately one corner of the diary was bent, presumably in transit as damage can also be seen to the jiffy bag where package had been either dropped or thrown. Not the sellers fault and the diary is still completely useable, just slightly damaged cosmetically. As previously mentioned, NOT a complaint against the seller who where efficient and provided full communication. Many thanks A+
