  Sent me a well used strimmer (which did look clean) with 95% of the line used, heavy vibration from head and a well used (kicked down the road) battery. When I suggested condition wasn't as described I was accused of 'changing my mind' and lying. Had to go through Ebay to return and get refund. Just why.
