Ugly Duckling hiding a beautiful swan
They are right about these red labels. This guitar needed a lot of TLC as it was living a life of abuse. Now this guitar is a happy camper in my collection

Happy with N3s
I have a 1986 American-made Strat playing through a Mesa Boogie exchange 5:50. Got tired of the noise as I do use many effects. Read many reviews, both positive and negative, as always, about the Fender N3 noiseless pickups. Made the decision to try them out. Have not lost the Fender quack that some claimed they did lose. These pickups really did kill the noise. I play classic rock and blues . We sometimes even have a country sound. They cover everything perfectly. I'm very happy with these pickups. Happier than I thought I would be! The price was excellent vs your boutique noiseless pickups.

Good Beginner scope. Great for fast setup and observation
