  Realised afte an hour that i had ordered teh wrong item, contacted suppier but had already been despatched. suggested i decline the package, or if not able to, start a return. arrived on the second day, very good, while out, but started the return immediately I got back, and sent it out the next day. full refund recieved 2 ays later. Exceptional service, and although the wrong item was ordered and I didnt open the pack it seemed to be all there and in good condition. well done

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, i had a small problem so sent them a message to which they replied within the hour, subsequent discussions were quick and very helpful.   Unfortunately the item sent was incorrect but I have to say the service I received from the seller was excellent. On contacting them they arranged to send the correct parts straight away, before I had returned the original parts. They even offered to pay for the return postage. An outstanding service,rare these days, and now my first go to place for spares in future.

  Ordered 2 of the item but only one was deliverd in the parcel. I contacted the seller and received a superb response very quickly and the seller dispatched the missing item immediately, which turned up first thing in the morning the next day.
