Possibly the best book on the Battle for Mount Longdon
1 of 1 found this helpful I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
Having already read a few very good books on the battle by some of those in 3 Para who took part, this book helps to "join the dots" through picture and voluminous account by those who were there, putting into perspective the unknown challenge that was ahead and how, with courage and sacrifice it was achieved.
Thank you Jimmy for the time and effort this book clearly required and to you and your fellow paratroopers for such a remarkable account of what actually happened.
