Good alternative to Gym, especially now
1 of 1 found this helpful The Total Gym is unlike most other home fitness systems. Due to the design of it, most everyone at home can use it and benefit. There is always some engagement of core muscles even while doing upper body etc. and there are exercise plans to tailor the workouts. It is not really designed for hard core body builders, but for all the rest of us, it gets the job done. It can be stored upright in a corner and that works well for us. It does take up a pretty good space when in use, and it is a little unruly folding it up. We are new to it, so it might get better with practice.
