  Very poor customer service. Delivery was 9 days overdue because this seller did not pay the full postage. Seller attitude was negative and IMO hostile from the ourtsesr also unwilling to help to sort out the problem. He also refuses to refund the fee incurred to complete the deilivery. Do not do business with this person

  The parcel was posted via royal mail the very next day after purchase. I went to the post office item was weighed and address given and i paid the price i was told to pay, not much more i can do in terms of the delivery. Buyer seems convinced I am responsible for whatever Royal Mail did with his parcel , clearly I am not. At no time have i been hostile to buyer not quite sure why he thinks that. Ebay confirmed with me I am not responsible for delivery issues i provided tracking ID etc
