Based upon conversations with the seller, and upon learning about his medical emergency, the seller provided prompt communication and made full restitution of $100 deposit by providing a full refund to the buyer. Seller stated that the vehicle was sold and was then re-listed by mistake. Seller had NO previous history of fraudulent transactions and has been forthcoming in reconciling this transaction.
