  Seller communication was very poor and contradictory, e.g. it's been dispatched when it hadn't, and no tracking though I'd paid for that delivery service. After a week with no messages, and having missed the birthday for which the item was intended as a present, the seller tried to cancel the order, citing it as being out of stock. At the same time they had an identical listing on eBay that was live and in-stock (still is now). This would have been mitigated by just being open and honest with me
