Mostly great, a few failings
The book is not in metric which surprised me for a River Cottage book, there was no indication it was in lb and oz.
There is also no pressure canning advice.
The book gives great advice, and recipes, images, however it is missing pressure canning advice.

Looks good, poor quality
I was not happy with this cable, every time I moved the cable near the volume control my headphones crackled and popped, I am guessing they are mass produced, certainly little quality control...
