  I ordered this for click and collect but I wasn't able to collect in time and when I went to the store to collect and was told that it had already been returned to sender. I ordered another one with the note about my previous order being returned to them. Having not heard anything regarding my refund I messaged and did not receive a response. I messaged again and got a response and told they would contact Royal Mail. Having not heard anything I messaged again and the seller is ignoring me.
