  Pakage arrived in good time, unfortun ately had a hole from where it had been folded and stored. We only found out after assembly and filling up. Told i could re order a replacement, they would list another in next day or 2, they havent. repacking a hot tub liner is not easy, the return label was 0 to 2kg, the package was about 15 to 18kg. Royal Mail didn t want to take it... I tried several post offices, had to take to main sorting office in the end. Still waiting on replacement rather than re
