Good value for my purchase as well, around two thirds of retail price, but I can't tell it's refurbished. I would definitely recommend this company, very impressed.

Laptop arrived on time and well packed. Machine is in really good cosmetic condition - there are a few marks being refurbished, but this is as expected. No complaints at all. Would buy another laptop here again and would recommend.
