  I ordered a aluminium N11 yoyo but I received a plastic K1 yoyo. I was told this was a mistake however after talking with them I suspect they dont have any N11's in stock at all. They completely refused an exchange and tried to offer me only a 30% refund. After several days of messaging and eventually threats to have eBay investigate this they relented and gave me a 100% refund and begged me not to give negative feedback.
