A must have if you intend to embark on home cooking.
I bought this as a gift for a young couple. Having looked at the contents and read a few of the pages, I'm thrilled I made this choice and only regret I'd never had this book like this myself 40 years ago!! It's full of amazing comprehensive and interesting facts about food preparation, cooking and a wide range of invaluable tips.
