Nice, but with assembly mistakes
A nice little product with high intensity and visability to a good price. The description talks about it will start to rotate "within a second", but I think it's bad translation from Chinese or something. It starts the rotating pattern immediately and do a complete 360 in less than one second.
The downside is the wires and molding of electronics. On both the items I received were the wires unisolated to much, i.e. it had an unisolated part outside the molding. In addition it is no space to the surface, i.e. if you mount it on a metal it will be a short circuit. The wires are also extremely thin and tan.

Not as the picture
Much shorter ends that the one pictured. One end was quite oval, diameter varied between ~95...105 mm. But otherwise good for the price.

Threads was missing
Bad quality. About half of the items have no thread inside and were useless.
