Fantastic story, terrible movie and artwork quality.
The story is fantastic, close to the book, worth keeping for the moment until I find a better version with higher resolution/remastered. The DVD looks like home made: disc on the back is purple like the blank discs. Art burned onto disc is distorted. The video itself is in color but of low resolution like unremastered old classical movies found in cheap movie packs. The sleeve artwork is also of low resolution though the paper is good quality. The disc was sealed. The seller did offer a refund.

One of a kind detective with more heart than bark.
A great detective with a big heart hidden behind a loud bark puts enough humor into each episode so the viewer can digest but not forget the human problem behind such awful deeds and the impact on people left behind. This series is a tribute to people married to their job because they care so much that family always comes second. Very glad to own now the whole collection.
