  One of 2 items was broken and chipped beyond invisible repair. Poor packaging and no fragile labelling had caused damage in transit. Luckily the second figure remained unscathed. I requested a partial refund of less than half the purchase/postage cost which I thought more than fair as I had one whole figure but one damaged and the hassle of trying to do a bit of a repair. Seller reluctant to accept and saying it will take some time to sort out refund even though there are eBay guidelines .
