Title made item easy to find

My phone was showing a lot of wear so I desided to get a new phone. Bought this phone only to find that it also has issues of wear. I have been trying to leave feedback for 1 full month but your system will not let me leave feedback unless it is positive feedback. Craig's list is looking better all the time.

Long needed changes to bidder blocking

It would be nice to be able to block bidders other that a (-1). I have had to list my car four times before I found a serious bidder with a good point score. In the past I have listed and sold trucks to NEWBIES who have no idea how ebay works , and are bidding on trucks that are so far away that they have no realm of reality when bidding when it comes to what it takes to travel and pick up their new purchases. It gets quite upsetting for me to wait one week while auction runs, then wait one week in order to file a NON-PAY , then wait a third week while relisted item runs , then wait a fourth week while serious buyer pays then travels to pick up the vehicle.Or in this last case waiting 6 weeks to runs item four times and now waiting a seventh week for buyer to retrive the car.
