    Item arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Seller agreed to send replacement and it arrived again poorly packaged and damaged. Furthermore when I asked for a replacement to be bubble wrapped for protection I was informed that the seller's "team" had proof that they had bubble wrapped the previous item even though they obviously hadn't, so seller essentially called me a liar. Seller has refused to help further as they have "already made a loss" If you must buy from this seller do so with caution.

    As I have requested buyer to return all 3 order which we sent as replacement and we will issue refund because we cannot send more replacement.

    Brand new headphones as advertised for about half the price, arrived on time with everything intact. I already had a pair of these but the charging port fell apart just outside the guarantee, too expensive to repair but I kept them anyway. Now I have spare pads for the new ones, my advice if anyone buys Cowin Headphones is to leave the charging cable in permanently. It's unusually hard to plug in and is a point of failure, all their cables are a tight fit.
