A great book with great art
This takes you in to the types of secret war that the Kuei-Jin wage, in a lot of detail. Has loads of spurs to the imagination and a lot of context on the history and etiquette of shadow war. No crunch or systems - all background, writing, honour codes and ranks / duties.
If you're really into the politics of KotE, and you want to play a game in a cold gang war setting as characters committed to their ideals and in conflict, this is really invaluable.
