The packaging was spot on, despatch quick and trackable with it arriving bang on time. Communication with Dominic is quick and positive. The packaging was superb and the guitar arrived safely, even with a hole in the box. My only criticism is that the item was listed to have a new set of strings on the guitar and this hasn’t been done, however I put that down to the quick postage of the guitar. Thank you for being a great seller.
