As they were a little late, the seller even sent the PC on a next day courier to minimise the delay. This is the 3rd time I have bought from this seller and I would definitely do so again the next time I'm in the market.

Sadly, 4 days after I first got it and used it, the charger broke. But they requested that I make a video of the charger because I told them it was flickering. I did so, and they sent me a new charger, which I got the day after. I am due to fly out of the 8th of August 2024 and they made sure I got it before I left. A*** For effort on their part. Definitely the epitome of a trustworthy seller.

Everything is running well and the price for the specs I ordered is almost unbelievable. Very minor cosmetic issue with the lid that is unoticable with use. I was also pleased after recieving quick replies before purchasing, enquiring about what stock was available for the specs I wanted. Overall a great experience with this seller and would happily recommend to anyone looking to purchase a decent laptop at a fraction of the price.

I mentioned on my order that I would need a slightly different connection cable which they said they would supply for me. I had a couple of problems with the first monitor, the sellers response was fast and they did their best to problem solve remotely. Before I could ask a replacement was dispatched. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
