From them!!!I’m 1person.you purchased a mug from me.I was really poorly with pneumonia i was behind on my emails etc.i sent you a message explaining I’ve been unwell and I’m so sorry I can send out tomorrow .your response was no thank you I want a refund!isaid ok no probsI will do you a refund.when I went to refund it wouldn’t let me.I sent you screenshots to show the problem was.eBay said it would be refunded on a certain date.also your very rude with atrocious feedback not understanding at all

I’m so sorry . The receipt was missed placed so couldn’t check tracking . Yes The item must of got lost as it was definitely sent .I’m so sorry about the situation. I pride myself on a good service so this made me very unhappy . Sorry again.
