Bought a Vintage KitchenAid K5ss stand mixer. Best price I could find anywhere. Just regreased the gearbox, adjusted the head angle, cleaned it up, and adjusted the speed control to be able to get the 'Off' position and '#10' speed. This now functions like a brand new mixer, only better, because its an old K5. It is very powerful. Separately I bought a whisk and dough hook. With some minor tinkering it now makes bread dough with ease, as well as accomplishing all other mixing tasks. We couldn't be happier. Thank you very much!

Fantastic Filter

Like a whole house Berkey filter. The Doulton candles are top notch. Definitely run pre filters of some sort. I used 3 spin down filters before the Rio. Very nice.
