    Bad experience, damaged and was 2 week late, got photos to show the problem but seller tried various mathods not to accept return, was badly packaged by him as photo, won't buy again from this one. Item was sent back as it was received collected by sellers courier and the man complained the bar had a part missing, possibly the broken part that was falling off! I understand he attempted to stop refund as something was lost by his own courier on its return to him. Returned as it arrived.

    Item was sent within the time frame set by eBay, delay was regarding DPD's sorting office in Bolton as per tracking information. Various reasons were given for return, when asked for evidence of damage, no response was received until I had to escalate case to eBay. . Photo taken by DPD when item was delivered showed no damages to parcel so had to contact eBay for advice on how to proceed, when item was received back, the end cap of the pole was not attached to the pole or in the box.
