great camera esp for the money
2 of 2 found this helpful had this a week or so now and have taken plenty of footage on it. took it on a night out and was pretty good at shooting all the goings on - true that in very dark situations it will not pick a fat lot up but in low light still works okay - not as good but still fine as top quality is 1080p HD. i have a 8gig card, gives over a 1000 photos and just over an hour at top settings but easy to change a card if needs be. the camera is not all that good, gives a lot of movement blur but i haven't chaned the shutter speeds yet so may be able to solve it. i bought this for filming my little girl growing up and nights out and its perfect for that - in a club its in ur pocket and still good enough to film the home life etc. getting stuff off the camera is easy with the built in usb and it charges the camera at the same to - comes with sofware to movie edit and upload to facebook etc. software seems okay i have used it to splice loads of clips back to back - you can trim bit out and then just upload a bigger file all at once so fine for that. only complaint i can have is the mic - when it does pick up its a great sound and it does very well even from a few mtrs away but the mic is facing u at the bottom left corner of the camera ie where u put ur thumb!! very easy to forget and cover it up and then no sound but im used to it now i know. but i still feel they should have put the mic pick up in a different place.
overall i think of it as a video camera with an extra feature of still pictures and performs pretty well esp considering the ease to get the footage off, and its a good few hundred quid cheaper than some other hd cameras.

My roof is now scratched.... a lot
I bought this to transport my kayak, they are just not wide or tall enough to be effective... also the webbing on the straps broke when tightened... very disappointed...
