Readers Digest Complete Book of Cross Stitch and Counte

I first found this book at the Library. I loved it so much that I decided to buy one for myself. Readers Digest craft books are usually very good, and this is no acception. There are detailed instructions with step by step pictures. Lots of focus on the detail. I really love the book.

Jammin' With the Jonas Brothers

This book is filled with information about how the Jonas Brothers started out. There are alot of family photos and stories relating to their lives. It is an interesting book which kept us reading. The reading is somewhat difficult for my 3rd grader to understand, but I enjoyed it. She got a bit lost in the theatre lingo. I still liked it though, because it detailed how much work these boys have done and are still doing to get where they are today. This kept it real and made my daughter realize how much one would have to do to get to this point in his career. Downfalls are that some of the stories are from "reliable sources" which could easily mean that they were fiction, or embelished. If you can get the book at a good price, I would recommend it.

Total Body Lift book

I am very happy with this book. Informative book with quality pictures and detailed drawings. The actual photo's of real people (before and after) who have had the surgery are very helpful. The pictures help one visualize how they may look if they had the surgery. Some of the photo's are not all that flattering...so this keeps it real. I recommend the book to anyone who is considering abdominoplasty, breast reduction/lift, or leg/arm lifts. Also if you are considering weight loss surgery this book will give you some insight on how the skin looks after dramatic weight loss.
